Shipping

  • I ship to the U.S. only within 3-5 days usually via UPS or USPS.  I always check with multiple carriers to find the best price. Custom made orders will take longer.
  • All packages are sent insured.
  • If your order arrives damaged please contact me immediately at annaugustinpottery@gmail.com. You may be asked to supply pictures of your damaged order for insurance purposes.

Returns & Refunds

  • Purchases made at the Lone Star Mercantile are subject to their NO RETURN policy.
  • I want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase made directly from me. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact me within seven (7) days from receipt of your order. 
  • The returned items must be in original condition. I must receive the return within 14 days from receipt of your order. I can not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Returns must be insured.
  • Refunds will be credited within three (3) days of receipt of return if received in original condition.
  • Neither original shipping costs, nor return shipping costs, will be refunded.

Custom Orders

  • All of my pottery is handmade. Handmade pottery is a process that involves long period of drying times. Under normal conditions it takes 4-8 weeks to get through the entire process.
  • A 25-50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is to cover the costs of supplies.
